Cartrefi Redwood Homes is an independent company located in Pencader, Carmarthenshire and specialise in the construction of Timber Frame Homes. Cartrefi Redwood Homes was formed in 2006 for the sole purpose of helping private individuals build a new home on their own land.
We recognise that no two individuals are the same therefore, whether your ideal home is a small retirement bungalow or a large country house, 
whether you wish to carry out some of the work yourself or only be involved in choosing the design and specification, we will tailor our service to suit your exact circumstances: whether it be a supply only or supply and erect a timber frame, or undertake a full build.
All our clients are private individuals, the majority of whom have little or no knowledge of the building industry and therefore need a steady hand to guide them through the system. We constantly strive to provide all our clients with a friendly, professional and responsive service backed up by the vast knowledge we have accumulated over the past years. The designs in our brochure are only a guide to what is available and can be modified to suit your own preferences and your local planning authority. We allow you to take features that you may like from any plans or designs and then produce a workable home to suit your family requirements and budget as well as taking into account your site layout.
